According to USCIS, the card production facility in Corbin, KY is undergoing maintenance, and all card production work was transferred to the USCIS facility in Lee’s Summit, MO. Because of this technical issue, there is a backlog in cases in Lee’s Summit. As a result, clients may not receive their cards until two-three weeks after approval of the underlying application.
